1. General

Why does the renter have to be between the ages of 25 and 69?

Rental insurance coverage for self-drive vehicles applies only to drivers within the designated age range.

Only authorized drivers listed on the rental contract are allowed to drive

Yes! Airport pick up is available for free of charge.We kindly request the renter’s flight information and a phone number where they can be reached via text message or whatsapp

Can my rental be dropped off at the Airport?

Yes! We require at least 40 minutes notice via phone call or text message before the renter’s departure to the airport

We allow a 35-minutes grace period free of charge. After one hour the full-day
rental rate will apply

Rental periods are non-creditable. Therefore, full payment is required prior to
start the rental period begins, including any extensions to an existing booking.

2. Reservations, Cancellations and Modifications

If I want to extend my reservation, what should I do?

Please book all additional reservations through our official booking site. We
recommend securing your reservation as early as possible, as vehicle rentals
based are subject to availability.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before 24 hours of your rental, no fee will be charged. If you cancel after 24 hours of your reservation or do not show up for your reservation, a $50 loss of service fee will be applied.
Please note that no refunds are available once the rental period has begun.

If you would like to modify an existing reservation, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that no changes can be made once the rental period has begun.
