PARTIES

This Car Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Good Street Rental (hereinafter referred to as “Good Street”) and the undersigned renter (hereinafter referred to as the “Renter”). The Renter agrees to rent the vehicle provided by Good Street (hereinafter referred to as the “Rental Vehicle”) under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, in exchange for a payment amount determined by Good Street Rental.

The term of this Car Rental Agreement begins on the date and time the Renter takes possession of the Rental Vehicle and continues until the Rental Vehicle and keys are returned to Good Street Rental, and all terms of this Agreement have been fulfilled by both Parties, as detailed on the reverse side of this document. The rental term may be shortened or extended only by mutual agreement between the Parties.

The Renter agrees to the following conditions prior to and during the rental period:
The minimum rental period is 2 days.
The Renter and all additional drivers must be between the ages of 25 and 69 to be eligible to operate the rental vehicle.
All drivers, including the Renter and any authorized additional drivers, must hold a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the rental period.

The renter shall provide a security deposit of Two Hundred dollars ($200.00) to Good Street Rental. This deposit will serve as coverage for minor damages or losses not exceeding $200.00. If the Rental Vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition, the deposit will be refunded within 24 hours. Should the company assess that the Rental Vehicle  has sustained damage or loss during the rental period, the refundable amount may be partially or fully applied to cover the costs of repairs, restoration, or replacement.

There will be a $ 100.00 penalty fee applied to your contract
for any unauthorized driver’s. The rental contract and any insurance taken will also be
VOIDED.

There will be additional charge for lost or damaged keys follow:
  • Regular key- $350.00
  • Smart key- $ 600.00

If the rental vehicle is involved in an accident, it must be reported immediately to the Police
by calling 911, and then to Good Street Rental

The Renter must avoid driving through flood-prone or heavily flooded areas, as doing so may cause significant mechanical damage to the rental vehicle. The Renter may be held financially responsible for any damages resulting from such use

This service is a free of charge for picking-up and dropping-off the renter at the airport.

The Renter agrees to return the Rental Vehicle in its original condition, including interior fabrics and finishes with all designated functional accessories provided throughout the rental period. Additionally, the vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel, reflecting the condition at the time of rental. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any violation ofthese conditions may result in damages, additional penalties, or charges to address any resulting loss or harm to the Rental Vehicle. Penalties include:
  • Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than it had at the start of the rental, the Renter will be charged a fuel service fee of $9.00 per gallon to restore the fuel to the original level.
  • Less than 24 hours cancellation or no show – $50 Fee
  • We maintain a non-smoking fleet. If the vehicle is returned with a smoke order or evidence of smoking, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $150.00.

Good Street Rental does offer Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance. The rental vehicle is covered by a third- party insurance policy that provides coverage for damage to third-party vehicles and property in the event of an accident where the Renter, in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, is deemed at fault. This coverage does not include damage to the rental vehicle itself, nor does it cover personal injury or medical expenses for the Renter or any passengers involved in a collision.

Responsibility for damages, excessive staining or discoloring, automobile parts theft, grand theft, dents, scratches, windshield or window glass cracks, running up on curbs, flat tires, tire replacement, traffic accidents, and any other damage to the Rental Vehicle are the sole responsibility of the signed Renter.

Good Street Rental represents and warrants that, to the best of its knowledge, the rental vehicle is in good condition and safe for ordinary use at the time of rental. The Renter represents and warrants that they are legally entitled to operate a motor vehicle under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction and agree not to operate the vehicle in violation of any laws, or in any negligent, reckless, or illegal manner

The Renter agreesto indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Good Street Rental from any loss, damage, liability, or legal actions arising from the Renter’s operation or use of the rental vehicle during the term of this Car Rental Agreement. This includes any reasonable attorney fees and legal expenses incurred in connection with such claims.

This Car Rental Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the rental arrangement and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Good Street Rental reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Additionally, Good Street Rental reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate a reservation or rental in the event of a breach of any terms outlined in this Agreement.
